When there is an agreement about the direction and the strategy outline, we chart out the details and identify the nitty-gritty based on which we start to decide the medium, modes and technologies that will be used to achieve the objective. If any of the above is specified by you then we take it as a given and operate with that as the fixed element.

Development
The development strategy is conceived during the design phase to deliver optimal performance. Here again if there is a technology of preference then we work with it and if not then we device the best path forward. Each project will be run by a project manager either as a dediacted or a shared resource and he/she interacts for all clarifications both ways.

Testing & Tweaking
During the lifecycle of development, the testing of the solution using manual and automated methods is taken up in order to check compliance with the specified performance benchmarks and the resultant deviations attended to while tweaking for optimal performance. This step goes along till the handover for reliability

Documentation
This is taken up on a specific request only and not a standard. For medium to large projects, documentation becomes a necessity for future expansion and modification. Documentation can be made in the inline, distinct and help file formats.
